Two types of access are available:

With your Zoo entrance ticket
Luminescences is included with your ticket. After your day at the zoo, head over to the shop area. Please note: do not leave the park, as exit is final.

For the Luminescences tour only
You can purchase your ticket online or directly at the ticket counters when they open for Luminescences.

• Plan for about 1h30 to fully enjoy Luminescences. The route is entirely outdoors: wear clothing appropriate for the weather.
• Check the opening and closing times at: https://zoo-amneville.com/horaires/. The last entrance for Luminescences is at 8:00 pm.
• The route partially uses compacted forest paths. Access with a wheelchair or stroller is possible, but remains difficult due to the natural terrain and slopes. To ensure a visit in good conditions, the presence of an accompanying person in good physical condition is required.
• The public parking remains accessible at all times. Restrooms are available along the route.
• The Jungle restaurant remains open during the festival with a quick service menu featuring themed flavors to extend your experience.
• Dogs are not allowed, except for guide dogs for the visually impaired.
• Tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
