Get ready for Halloween at Amnéville Zoo!
Now a must-see event, we invite you from October 18 to November 3 for activities on the theme of Halloween!
Halloween events at the zoo
Join Irma, the marimonda spider monkey, and help her find the culprit who is scribbling on the Zoo animals!
Meet between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM and between 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM in front of the vivarium for special Halloween face painting, in exchange for a minimum donation of €2 to support conservation!
Meet in the Jungle dining area at 1:30 PM to meet our nocturnal birds of prey!
During your visit, come learn more about spotted hyenas, arctic wolves, the fossa… with our educational hosts.
Find our education team at the vivarium at 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM for an activity about reptiles, including hands-on materials.
Halloween Night & Luminescences
Saturday, November 1st, come get chills during our special Halloween evening!
Zoo hours: from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Luminescences Night: until 10:00 PM
Ticket booth opening hours:
Zoo: from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Nocturnal: from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
For day visitors:
No need to leave the park!
At the zoo closing at 5:30 PM, meet in the Jungle dining area, next to the vivarium and the Gorilla House.
That’s where you can enjoy a relaxing moment, treat yourself to a drink or something to eat, in a Latin musical atmosphere before the festivities begin.
At 5:45 PM, it’s time for the “Spooky Parade”: the start of the show with dancers and singers on the theme of Luminescences: Fiesta Latina and Halloween.
Then, the Luminescences trail opens at 6:00 PM.
For night-only visitors:
Entry will be from 7:00 PM at the ticket office.
The “Spooky Parade” will return at 7:30 PM for a second appearance, so that nighttime visitors can also enjoy the same show before and throughout the Luminescences route.
This organization allows daytime visitors to enjoy privileged access to Luminescences, while reducing the number of visitors present simultaneously in the route, so that the experience is smoother and more enjoyable for everyone.
Note:
The parade will make appearances throughout the evening, at several key locations along the Luminescences route, until 8:30/8:45 PM.
The night event (from 5:30 PM for daytime visitors, and 7:00 PM for nighttime attendees only) takes place exclusively along the Luminescences route, so no animals will be visible.
It’s the perfect opportunity to (re)discover the new edition of Fiesta Latina, in a magical and colorful atmosphere!
Good news:
Access to the nocturnal is included in your zoo ticket for the day.
And free for Annual Pass holders!
