White rhinoceros

The white rhino is found in South Africa, Kenya, Namibia and Zimbabwe. Males are solitary and territorial, while females live in groups of 6 and move freely from one male’s territory to another. Herbivores, they feed on grass, which they cut short with their thick, flat lips. This helps prevent fires from spreading. This animal has very poor eyesight, which is why it tends to charge, more to defend itself than to attack, before even knowing what it has in front of it. Its two horns act as a deterrent. On the other hand, it has a highly developed sense of hearing and smell.
