What is conservation?

We talk about conservation to describe actions that contribute to the protection of living things, and thus to the maintenance of the incredible biodiversity of our planet.

In-situ Action

In-situ actions generally refer to actions that are carried out on site, in the natural environment.

Ex-situ Action

Conversely, so-called Ex-situ actions are carried out outside the natural environment, within zoological parks for example.

Endowment fund

A structured commitment

This support can take various forms, and our teams take the time to build a relevant partnership based on the real needs and resources of each party.

To do this, the Amnéville Zoo created the Amnéville Zoo Conservation Endowment Fund whose purpose is to contribute to the protection of the natural environment and to participate in the preservation of biodiversity.

Sponsor an animal

A concrete way to support the protection of wild species:Sponsoring gives even more meaning to the role of ambassador for each animal in the zoo.
