The park is located between Metz and Thionville, about 40 kilometers from Luxembourg, in the heart of the tourist site of Amnéville.

Free parking for cars and buses is available near the park entrance. They are indicated upon arrival at the site.
Unfortunately, there is no daily rental system for strollers or wheelchairs at the moment.
Only guide dogs are allowed in the park, with proof.

There are several ways to get your tickets.
You can order them on our website, buy them in some of the distributor stores, or simply pick them up on the day of your visit.
However, we advise you not to buy tickets on online resale sites. Beware of scams!
Means of payment accepted at the entrance desk and in the park: cash, credit cards, ANCV vacation vouchers.
ONLY if the ticket was purchased on our website.
If the ticket was purchased through an outside organization, the exchange is not possible.
On the day of your visit, please go to the entrance desk n°1. You will pay the difference in price and will be able to get an adult ticket.
It is not possible to get a refund if you bought an adult ticket instead of a child ticket.
The T&Cs clearly state that tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
However, if the date of the desired visit is before the reserved date, access to the park will be accepted.
Otherwise, upon presentation of proof of exceptional impediment, a committee will decide on the follow-up of the case.
Upon presentation of proof of an exceptional event, your request will be studied by the reimbursement committee.
Unfortunately your ticket is no longer valid. You will not be able to exchange it or get a refund.
Go to the online space and log in with your email address and password.
Once logged in, click on your name at the top right, click on “my orders”, then on the file number that corresponds to the date of purchase.
Check the tickets that need to be printed. Click on the “print my tickets” button and then “download my tickets”.

The purchase of a child ticket is necessary as soon as the child turns 3 years old.
As soon as he/she turns 12, an adult ticket must be purchased.

Since the festival takes place in the aisles of the zoo, we cannot allow the presence of other animals.
Entry to Luminescences is possible until 8pm maximum.
It is possible to buy tickets online but also when arriving at the zoo. For more information, go here.
The festival takes place in some alleys of the zoo. With a little luck, you will be able to see some of our species in the dark…
The duration of the visit is estimated at about 1h30.
With your Zoo ticket, access to the Luminescences festival is included.
To take advantage of this, simply present the token distributed upon your arrival at the Zoo, the same evening, at the Luminescences gates.
With your CSE ticket, you can enjoy the Zoo and the Luminescences festival.
A token will be given to you when you arrive at the zoo, which will allow you to enter Luminescences on the evening of your visit.
Your annual pass entitles you to use the Zoo and the Luminescences festival.
