The park
What are the opening hours?

The park is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has been designed to allow as many people as possible to enjoy the visit. However, some pathways may prove to be more complex than others depending on the natural terrain of the site.

Reserved spots for people with reduced mobility are available during the bird and sea lion shows to ensure a comfortable and suitable welcome.

In the wooded areas of the park, such as the dinosaur area or the Luminescences trail, the forest paths have been compacted and covered with a draining material to help prevent puddles and make it easier for wheelchairs to pass. These paths still remain natural surfaces, and not paved roads, with slight inclines. The presence of an accompanying person in good physical condition is therefore recommended.

Guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs for people with disabilities are allowed in the zoo. For sanitary and safety reasons, however, access to the free-flight aviaries is not permitted for them.

Special rates are offered to visitors with disabilities upon presentation of valid proof. To benefit from this, it is necessary to go to the ticket office when you arrive.

For safety reasons, we cannot allow the presence of other animals in the park.
