Birth of a rhinoceros: Mosl

On Wednesday, October 6, 2021, our rhinoceros Tala gave birth to a young male, who is in perfect health. We are happy to introduce Mosl, a healthy young rhinoceros who is already very curious.

TALA, THE MOTHER

Tala is 21 years old. It is the third time she has been a mother, and the second time in our park. In 2018, she gave birth to Timbo, and today we are welcoming Mosl, Timbo’s little brother.

Tala is a very gentle and protective mother towards Mosl. She guided him as soon as he arrived in the world to help him discover his surroundings, and he feeds perfectly well.
