Discover the job of animal caretaker

Do you want to discover the daily life of an animal caretaker? To live an experience close to the animals? 

On the program

  • Discovery of the kitchens and preparation of food rations for the Tigers and Hippos
  • Distribution of these meals as close as possible to the species
  • Meeting and feeding of a species of birds and tapirs
  • Face to face with a snake to discover all its secrets
  • Cleaning the geladas living area

Has becoming an animal caretaker always been your dream and you want to discover this profession through an activity? Our zoo offers you the opportunity to spend a half-day of 3 hours in a group of 8 children maximum.

PRACTICAL INFO

  • Minimum age 11 years
  • Closed toe shoes and pants required
  • The activity includes the entrance to the park for the day
  • Accompanying persons are not allowed to access the backstage areas
  • The price of the activity does not include the entrance fees of the accompanying persons
  • Companions are subject to the general public opening hours

In case of force majeure, the park reserves the right to postpone the service to a later day.

Animals

During the day care activity, you will meet the animals of the park: tigers, hippos, widow conures, tapirs and royal python.

Animal welfare being a priority, the program may be slightly modified according to zootechnical requirements.
